How to update an action 

There are two options when updating an action; these are to either delete the entire action OR to edit the information within the action.

The easiest way to update an action from your device can be completed by following the below steps - 

How to edit your action 

From your dashboard view, head to the left hand side and select the actions icon. 

Use the filters at the top of your account, there are 3 in total - from left to right -

- Ensure this is set to 'My Actions'

- Filter to how you wish to see your actions - 

Due Within A Week
Due Today
Due Within A Month
Due Anytime

- Thirdly, choose 'Open' from the list as you will want to see all open actions in order to close them off. 

Once you have selected the filter types, all your open actions will be listed out. 

You can select your actions by clicking the description text, a text box will open,  select edit (bottom right hand corner). 

Here you can make changes to all fields, depending on your user permissions. 

Here's a list of the fields that can be changed -
 
Title
Description
Assigned to
Due Date
Require Completion Comment?

Once completed select 'Update', bottom left. 

You're all done, it's that easy!

How to delete your action 

From your dashboard view, head to the left hand side and select the 'Actions' icon. 

Use the filters at the top of your account, there are 3 in total - from left to right -

- Ensure this is set to 'My Actions'

- Filter to how you wish to see your actions - 

Due Within A Week
Due Today
Due Within A Month
Due Anytime

- Thirdly, choose 'Open' from the dropdown list as you will want to see all open actions in order to close them off. 

Once you have selected the filter types, all your open actions will be listed out. 

You can select your action by clicking the description text, a text box will open,  select the delete button in the bottom left hand corner. This will delete your action.  

You're all done, it's that easy!
