In Donesafe, there are a number of times where you'll need to add a contact, without necessarily giving them access to Donesafe. For example, say you're performing an audit and you need to mark a contact as one of the participants. Rather than go through and set up an account that they won't use, instead you can add them as a contact.

A contact is a no rights user with no access to Donesafe. Adding them is a simple, one step process that is built right into the people selector buttons. 

Step 1: Click on the add user button to the right of the people selector

Step 2: Type in the name of your contact

Step 3: Complete the form and save. It's as simple as that.

All done, it's that easy!
