CSV export not opening or saving. (IE11)

Users on the most recent version of Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 7 have reported that when they download a CSV file it's not opening or saving when they click the available options. This is likely due to IE configuration.

Clicking on the drop box to the right of the [Save] button will bring up additional options. Click [Save As] and choose the save destination. In all known cases, this has resolved the issue.
