Configuring your knowledge base is probably one of the quickest configuration in the whole system.
Starting from your knowledge base page, the configurable field is your Category drop-down box. This is where you have all your different types of knowledge base articles.
So let's take a look how to edit those.
To start, go to Admin Settings and scroll down to Learn and click on Knowledge Base Categories.
To edit the names simply click on it, make the changes and click on Update button.
To add a new category, simply click on Add button and then give it a name and display order then click on Create button.
