The link to our in-platform support channel, previously displayed in the lower right-hand corner of the page on mobile and desktop browser, has been hidden on mobile sized screens and moved to the left-hand menu.

Please see the image below to see your new mobile record layout, where the Help link now appears on the left-hand bar menu in the mobile layout and what the support channel user interface looks like on your device.

This change has been made to reduce its intrusiveness on the page and provide you with a smoother interface with your Donesafe records. 

We hope this change will make your Donesafe records more accessible and deliver a more streamlined user experience.
